Description of Project:
The Faculty Center at SUNY Oneonta uses their website to share faculty spotlights, things they are reading, and information about upcoming events. The Faculty Center has focus areas for Teaching and Learning that include the high impact practices of Project Based Learning, Collaboration, Inclusive & Global Learning, ePortfolios, Open Education, Universal Design, Student Engagement, and Student Scholarship.
How it was Made:
The site is a subsite of SUNY Oneonta's larger OpenLab. Using the blog structure and the classification and taxonomy tools in WordPress, the center's staff are able to highlight multiple things happening around the institution and the article and readings on those topics.
