Use of the Platform
Eligibility: You must be a member of the SUNY community to access and use SUNY Create or SUNY Pressbooks.

User Conduct
You agree to use SUNY Create for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to
- Posting or sharing defamatory, obscene, or offensive content.
- Engaging in harassment or intimidation of any kind.
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
Termination of Use
SUNY reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

SUNY Create is provided on an “as-is” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the accuracy of the content.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SUNY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SUNY Create.
Changes to Terms
SUNY may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
